Hello as I took my truck to a different dealer at first at after several attempts they failed to fix the issue I brought it down to Chevy of Dover and spoke directly with jordon he was able to handle it and had the tech whose name I can not remember worked on it, however they did an excellent job I took it in for regular maintenance and to get the issue fixed Upon doing an oil change they found an oil leak and while fixing that as they had to drop somethings found that my front diff was lost which we believe was the issue but after a week of getting my truck fixed and cleaned up jordon and the tech did a very well job along wth great customer service and understanding what my needs were they did great communication along the way also I come down for all my maintenance needs and this by far has the be the best experience yet. Although we weren’t sure if the loose diff was the problem jordon explained that once they put the truck back together they weren’t able to duplicate the nose I drove the truck over weekend and I returned this past Monday and let jordon know that I haven’t heard the noise ither. Again I would like to give a big shout to the tech and he service manager jordon for the hard work.
So we used to go to this location when it was Townsend Brothers and had to leave because the people running the service department were just rude...Never a good experience with them. We purchased a new suburban back in 2016 and decided to go back to this location since we heard it had changed owners and the service department was all new employees. It has been wonderful since we came back! I usually talk with Mike and he listens to me and is so kind when I call and see him in person! All of the little details are amazing from the kindness of the employees up front in the service department to washing our vehicle after the service. It is a great place to go now!!
