Service has been great in the past, I even purchased a new car there in January of this year, however our most recent experience during the past month has been terrible. Issues around being short handed made talking with service almost impossible, no phones being answered, no advisers available to talk with in person. In over 10 attempts to call service, got bounced around and finally ended up in a voicemail account of a person I didn't even call. Being short handed was the excuse used for the issues. I have three GM vehicles that I routinely service there, one being brand new, this dealership needs to correct this "Short Handed Excuse" for poor communication in service before customers begin to move on to another GM Service provider.
I had one car serviced there due to a recall and on car serviced for it's first oil change/tire rotation. I did not have an appointment for the oil change but the service writer said he would do his best to see that it got done. The service department managed to complete the service in a timely manner and we were pleased.

.. Courtesy and promptness prevailed. This was a no charge oil change one of two that will be provided by my dealer. The work was completed in a expediant fashion. I have one more no charge oil change which I will gladly us but will consider other options due to price of the service provided.
