Chevy of Dover was able to get my vehicle in for routine maintenance on short notice and had it done in a very timely manner. Their service is the best around by far and I will be a customer for life. Their Sales and Service departments are top notch.

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the Collision Center. I explained my problem and was accompanied outside to my vehicle which was quickly evaluated. I was given a written estimate within minutes. I went home and notified my insurance company and received approval for the repair. I called the Collision Center and was given an appointment for the following day. I was offered a ride home and told it would take four days for the repair. I received update calls during the four days and my vehicle was done on the fourth day. Service was great your people were friendly and professional and the repairs look great. Can?t ask for better than that!

No hassle or trying to get me to buy something that I don't need. Everyone was very friendly and I was in and out in no time at all. I appreciated this because I was waiting for my oil change and tire rotation in the customer service lounge.
