Had appointment for 9AM. Service writer was ready and had my paper work in front of him when I arrived. Told me about how long the service would take and showed me to the waiting room. In a short period of time service writer approached me and said vehicle was done and asked if I had any questions bout the service. Perfect set up.

My 2005 Tahoe is nearing 100,000 miles. Chevrolet of Dover has maintained my vehicle to reach this milestone and I see at least another 25,000 miles ahead. All maintenance and service was done by this Chevy dealership from the date of delivery. Although the dealership has changed hands, the service continues to be excellent under new management.
